PFPA is headed by Pierce Fagan who has over 25 years’ experience across a variety of disciplines within the property industry. The firm has a solid track record providing professional services to a variety of clients across many sectors including Banking, Accountancy, Legal, Charities, Approved Housing Bodies and Developers.
Pierce Fagan MSc (Surv) MRICS MSCSI RICS RV
Pierce is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry in Ireland and abroad. He holds a honours degree in Property Studies and a Masters of Science in Planning & Development from TU Dublin (formerly DIT). Pierce is a RICS Registered Valuer and a member of the SCSI.
Prior to establishing PFPA, Pierce worked as a Valuation Surveyor at Conway Auctioneers Kildare, A Commercial Agency Surveyor at CBRE Dublin, Commercial Development Executive at APN outdoor Auckland New Zealand and as a Valuation Surveyor at Brophy Farrell in Newbridge County Kildare. The property industry experience Pierce has gained spans all stages of the development cycle from site identification and acquisition through to project completion and asset disposal.
Pierce has successfully established property development partnerships through joint venture arrangements and is one of the founding partners of Quattuor Ventures, an innovative real estate development company with interests in Ireland and abroad.
